Terms of use
1. Purpose
By creating an account or using the application, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use.
2. Registration and user account
Using PronoGP requires creating an account. You can register via:
- Email address and password
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Apple
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to have been performed by you.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
3. How the game works
PronoGP allows you to:
- Make predictions on MotoGP races (winner, podium, pole position, fastest lap)
- Create or join private leagues via an invitation code
- View standings and scores within each league
PronoGP is a free game with no financial stakes. No monetary prizes are associated with prediction results.
4. Leagues
Each league is managed by an owner (creator) who can appoint administrators. The roles are:
- Owner: full league management
- Administrator: member management
- Member: participation in predictions
If the owner's account is deleted, league ownership is automatically transferred to another member.
5. Intellectual property
Race data and standings come from the public MotoGP API and are used for informational purposes.
The content of the application (source code, design, text) is the property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated.
6. User behaviour
By using PronoGP, you agree to:
- Not use the application for illegal purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt the service
- Not impersonate another user
- Respect other users within leagues
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these rules.
7. Liability
The publisher strives to ensure application availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. PronoGP is provided “as is”.
The publisher is not responsible for interruptions related to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure events.
Displayed race results come from third-party sources. The publisher cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays in this data.
8. Advertising
The application may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The use of AdMob is subject to the Google privacy policy.
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of all your data (predictions, scores, league memberships).

10. Changes to the Terms
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent court of Bordeaux.
