When using PronoGP, the following data may be collected:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Profile picture (avatar)
  • Predictions and game results
  • Push notification tokens

This data is used exclusively for the operation of the application. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@prono-gp.com.

Advertising

The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may use advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS) and technical device data to deliver relevant ads.

Cookies and similar technologies

PronoGP uses strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the application (authentication session cookies).

Additionally, the Google AdMob advertising service may use cookies or similar technologies (advertising identifiers, SDK) for ad delivery and measurement. No third-party tracking cookies other than those related to AdMob are used.

Intellectual property

MotoGP® is a registered trademark of Dorna Sports S.L. PronoGP is not affiliated with Dorna Sports.

Race data and standings are provided by the public MotoGP API and are used for informational purposes as part of a free prediction game.

The content of the application (text, graphics, source code) is the property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law.

In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent court of Bordeaux.
